This peer-reviewed journal presents the cutting edge of ideas, projects and practices arising from the confluence of art, science, technology and consciousness research.

All articles submitted should be original work and must not be under consideration by other publications. Contributions may be between 5,000 and 7,500 words and should be accessible to the non-specialist reader. The files here included aim to support the author(s) from proposal to publication.

Please note that guest editors, reviewers and contributors are required to use Intellect's submission system. Submissions should be made via the 'Submit' button on this page in Intellect's submission system. Videos on how to use the system can be find in this link. Any queries regarding the journal should be directed to the Editorial Organism at [email protected]

Use this template when submitting your article for review.

Article template before review / anonymous submission:

After the article has been reviewed and once you receive a minor revision or accepted notification from the editors, please prepare the following files to be uploaded in the Technoetic Arts submission system. Please do not create a new submission but add your revised paper and the additional documents in the revisions section of your existing submission.

  • The article file with author information ( see 'after review' template)

  • the publishing agreement 

  • the metadata document (there are versions for one, two and three authors)

  • if you have images, we also need the copyright consent form(s) signed – one for each copyright holder.
